Founder of Raising the Barr Therapy: Groups Healing Together
As a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I have had the blessing of helping many people of all ages through individual and group psychotherapy. In founding Raising the Barr Therapy: Groups Healing Together, my goal is to offer structured, meaningful group therapy that addresses life's many challenges—whether navigating grief, parenting struggles, mental health, or aging. I am passionate about creating a space where individuals can connect, heal, and grow together, knowing that through shared experiences, we emerge stronger as a community.
I am committed to helping individuals find their path to healing, resilience, and personal transformation. With a focus on collaboration, empowerment, and holistic support, my commitment is to guide each group member on their unique journey while fostering a sense of connection, understanding, and hope.
